These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EzPDF ("we," "our," or "us"), a browser-based PDF tool suite operated by Naptown Labs. By accessing or using EzPDF at ezpdf.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

EzPDF provides browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, and converting PDF files. All file processing happens entirely within your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

Free and Pro Tiers

EzPDF offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a Pro tier available as a monthly subscription of $4.99/mo. Pro unlocks unlimited usage and removes advertisements. Tier availability and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed at $4.99/mo. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pro features, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use EzPDF for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or Pro verification
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on EzPDF are the property of Naptown Labs. You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools. We make no claim to your content.

Privacy

Your use of EzPDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not access, collect, or store your files.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EzPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naptown Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of EzPDF. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EzPDF at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of EzPDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
